We continue to set the stage for women to show up as their most authentic selves — and come into their power — as we promote feminine leadership principles, safe space and belonging, and brave female-centered narratives.
Our Story
We started with a simple question: Where are the women in startups?
What we know for sure: Women are key players building the next wave of innovation and impact, but they remain barely visible in startup stages, panels, and events; in startup data and research papers; in leadership and decision-making; and in investment pipelines and deal rooms.
So we also need to ask: how do we lead like a girl in this very bro world?
Meet Our Founders
Since founding Imaginable Impact in 2023, Niña Terol and Candice Quimpo have been fostering connection, collaboration, and collective growth to empower Filipinas to own their stories, break barriers, and unlock women-led impact in industries, economies, and the nation.
Today, they are starting a movement with FoundHer, where they co-create inclusive spaces for women to be seen, heard, and supported so they can lead with confidence, competence, and purpose.
